As we continue to evolve our international presence and strengthen our digital ecosystem, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to help us translate our mission into measurable, high-quality growth.

Your role

In this role, you will shape how people discover Buchinger Wilhelmi in the digital space and ensure that this discovery translates into meaningful engagement and bookings.

You will operate at the intersection of data, performance and brand sensitivity. Your work will directly influence how effectively we reach and convert guests who are seeking a transformative health experience.

Your responsibilities

- Lead and optimise performance marketing across premium digital channels (Google, Meta and others)

- Drive acquisition strategies with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and ROI

- Manage and refine media campaigns across multiple markets

- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights

- Identify and develop new acquisition opportunities and high-value audiences

- Collaborate closely with, content and clinical teams to ensure alignment across the guest journey

- Monitor market trends and platform developments to maintain competitive excellence

What you bring

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Communication or related field

- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or Analytics is considered a plus

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles

- Fluent in English AND fluent in a second language (Spanish or German required), other languages such as French are considered a plus

- International experience and cross-functional environments
